JVs- can we post them on here and if so, where?

I'm a bit confused. I'm looking for a business partner or a JV,haven't decided which yet but a quick search on here didn't bring anything up.
Are we allowed to post these types of threads?
Sorry in advance if this is staring me in the face but I just can't see it! If there isn't a section,would it be a good idea to have one?

The rules say:

"Requirements to post within the JV section are 50 posts and 30 days on the forum minimum."

Therefore, you are currently qualified to propose a JV.
