looking for UK anonymous bank account

i want to start new ebay + paypal account in the uk but i'm not from the uk so i cant apply for bank account there..
i know there's a lot of solutions for credit cards and bank account on u.s (virtual and real like payoneer) for ebay + paypal accounts, but i have never seen any solution for anonymous uk bank account.
i need the bank account to be anonymous and have a plastic credit card so i can withdraw the money from atm's around the world.
any suggestions?

In most countries it's illegal to get a bank account with fake info.

Don't do it dude. UK has strong KYC and anti money laundering systems in place.

UK bank account is not something you can get online. Go to UK and open an account. Forget about anonymous US bank account.

Don't do it its illegal. You cannot have an anonymous bank account, you can pay someone...but...European Union has a strong anti money laundering system.

There is nothing like UK anonymous bank account.. if someone try to sell you something like this, RUN and don't give them your money!!

You will need to look after accounts in other places, but they will require some sort of deposit in order to open an account for you. We don't speek Switzerland here on anywhere else in Europe!
