They are Provided by Adding your Profile in a Interest Link Quality of Followers depends upon quality of followers in list but they are real followers if not spammed to death list followers are great because they are cheap and real
3) Quality Real Followers
Even in this category there are 2 Sub categories
A) Followers Provided with Scripts
B) Followers that you create yourself by sharing quality content or you own a profile that is popular with people
The guy who sold you followers has probably sold you List Likes as they need 2-3 Days for your Followers to appear after they add your nae in list if they dont have 30K list which they mostly dont have they will be asking for List Exchange if they are not reliable i think you are not going to get those followers
