Question for the BST rules here.
I'm going through this situation now, so this question sparked.
Customer purchases, and requests refund for something not covered in refund policy, but rather because he did not read the sales copy hardly at all. After the order has been sent to him, he threatens "refund in 24 hours or i'll take it to PayPal"
In this case, some sellers would choose to refund and some would choose to fight it out so they don't get free product and waste your time. What is the staff's decision on something like this? OldSalt, IKnowSEO (and Damien's other office staff) and other mods that deal with stuff like this?
Sure, I will probably refund this one but what about others? What is the long term solution for something like this? It's a pain to put time and effort into delivering an order and then the customer wants you to work for free.
Buyers may start behaving like it's WF or Clickbank and you can buy 100 products and get a refund on them all. I don't want BHW to turn into a place for serial refunders, but hope the buyers only buy after doing accurate due diligence.
