Websmater tools impression down. need advice

Hye all.. Before this my website get good impression, good clicks. And everydays i get many email asking about my product.. now After 3month, when i check in websmater tools, impression down, clicks down.. and im not get anything email from buyer. What happen ? how to solve this problems ? Sory my english..

Stop using such worthless tools. I'm sure you have analytics installed. Check how your site is faring in terms of traffic via the dashboard of your analytics tool. If you see a big drop in traffic, it means your site has been penalised.

All these may be unnecessary though, because a drop in impressions usually equates to a drop in traffic particularly when Google is your main traffic source.
