Hello, is this I am moderator of an online link-sharing forum .. and the forum does not have much money to pay a good server, so I thought about doing a blog with google adsense to give money to the forum to pay the bills , noting that the forum owner not me .. I could me in trouble if I do a blog of humor and add Google Adsense, all the google adsense money will to help the costs of the forum and the rest is left for maintenance / blog upgrades, so my question is .. I have a blog can get in trouble? is an aside blog will have nothing illegal, however will be to monetize the forum ..

I may have problems in terms of illegality?

Yes, the owner that will pay the blog .. I will not pay anything, just the money that is won will contribute to pay the server, the forum is a forum for sharing download links do not we host on our servers, we host only in servers outside our.

If only half of 200k members views the forum in 1 month, €200/month is not an issue at all.
You just need to monetize that forum to cover the monthly costs.

Some websites with 15k views/sessions per month can earn around 300USD/month and only from Google Adsense.

The forumers itself can submit a content for your forum if it has 200k of members.
You just need to maintain your forum well. Load speed, quality of content, provide what your members looking for.

If the owner has over 200,000 members and can't manage to make at least 150-200€/month off them, he should sell it to someone who knows how to run a forum
