Hey guys I'd like to sell a Kindle Book and maybe sell the book on clickbank too, I have many books and papers about my niche book, where I can find cheap freelance to rewrite the content as unique, will this way save my time for writing or better to do on my own??

As of right now, cheap writing isn't recommended for Kindle books. Even if you do hire someone cheap it's best that you edit and polish off the final product if you want to see sales. Believe me, the last you want to see is ebook returns. Amazon does not take kindle to those. Merely 'unique' content does not do it anymore.
Ok so you say it's better to rewrite unique content on my own?

It's better to produce a quality product. I've outsourced 50-70 (kindle) page books for around $200-400 each depending on the difficulty. With proper keyword research the sales pour in immediately and I recover that cost in a matter of weeks at most.
Don't put garbage on the Kindle book store, you'll be rewarded for creating solid content.
