After a small debate with the final client and as well taking in consideration the experience of each competitor I toke the decision to work with

The reasons were:
- is able to offer an invoice (very important when we work between corporation)
- the offered price was the best with at least 20% from the other competitors
- the way of how he handled the discussion/negotiation with me (on Skype)

I appreciated as well the other competitors and I have to thank you very much for spending the time with me but I had to decide one and I made it.
