making a web 2.0 is like making a backlink or not?

it is not very good to make blogs, post only 2 articles , and stop at this point.
And it can be the problem if you are facing problem to index them
Usually platform like wordpress,blogger ect index quick fast without doing anything

Sure you can. But most important thing is how good those backlinks are. If Google see they're spam/junk links, they will harm your site if not congratz.
Recommend that you should learn more about SEO. There's a lot of source teach you about SEO from beginner to Pro.

Anchor your website,One picture of your website,video for your website and one Wikipedia or gov links.

Manually making backlinks is a pain in the arse. How about using FCS to make good backlinks?

Lets say i have made 50 web 2.0 sites pointing to my money site. All these web 2.0s have 2 good readable unique articles.
now what is going to be my next step?
Index them?
how do i index them? do i use scrapebox to make comment spam to these web 2.0s?
and will these 50 web 2.0s will be counted as 50 backlinks to my site and will it increase my site traffic?

create 2.0 - > add 1 article and wait a week or so and let it settle (don't insert any links) -> after a week or two, add another article and edit your first. Insert links and leave it like that for another week -> send social signals -> build contextual linx to it -> profit and repeat

That's not a sustainable way to index your backlinks if you're running a serious link building campaign. Instead just use scrapebox and ping them yourself. If you are going to go the manual route then G+ or twitter works a lot better.

Use plenty of content, don't spam your own link on the web2.0 and only link it to moneysite after the links pointing to your web2.0 have been indexed

Basically this:
Built web2.0 (no link to main site) => Backlink web2.0 => Index those links => Add link in web2.0 to main site

Just an additional tip - don't built to many spam links to your web2.0 (or any other tier1 links). I'm not saying you should use PBN links but avoid flat out spamming

Even if your as clean as possible you can still be hit, which is why I would just go all out spam regardless of the potential hit.

As its ranking get ready to lose it. Make arrangements to get up and running again as soon as your hit.

If it is too important to you then I wouldn't suggest any automated system.

Basically if your going to automate, then just go for it big time and have fun.

Will you go out and create web 2.0s manually? it will take you months.

Just batter on through by hand it doesn't take long, ten a day, and you will have a pile, then they will have soaked long enough to then hit them.

Use your imagination and you can find unique content that you only need to edit for readability and uniqueness.

The only reason web 2.0 take a little time is to pass human moderation.

What are you telling about the content? it has to be perfectly unique?
how you create content? i have used chimp rewriter and found it good. Do you use kontent machine?
