How didn't I think about this before?

Simple method to gaining real likes..

I created a profile, created 100+ tweets that matched my demographic and selected a picture of a hot girl as my profile picture lol (my profile is to promote a male health blog)

I then listed all of my competitors big and small.

Instead of following their followers I added only their engaged users - that fav or RT their tweets.

I instantly gained 100s of real followers and my tweets went crazy!

Twitter have now banned me from following people probably for 24hrs but will see..

So advice, if you're page is about health go to mens health profile and add all the people that fav or RT their tweets, make sure your content matches those that you're targetting..

Also there is no quick fix, this takes HOURS and HOURS and it's better to be manual.

I also manually tweet only too

Will probably be a temp ban, you can only follow a certain amount of people based on how many followera you have.

It really doesn't matter the niche. Targeting your competitors users is always a good idea - and ideally you'd ALWAYS start off by targeting their most active ones.

I do this all the time. That's also why follow liker enabled the option to follow everyone who retweets or favorites a specific person. These people are highly active unless they are bot retweets of course.
