In my 40's if that helps. For motivation I write down my goals in a notebook within Evernote and read through them every day.

Would you mind to share where you found high quality PLR's?

Best results have been on Warrior Forum. Tiffany Dow also had some good PLR.

I also have found some good articles on Ezine Articles (remember, those articles are meant to be copied and distributed as long as the byline is good).

Hmmmm I hope that you and the OP don't have the same IP if you know what I mean...

Go ahead and check ;-) My IP is from North VA and I don't promote the 3 week diet or any programs targeting women.

I am targeting older people with health related products. I figure people > 50 have some health issues and more disposable income than most.

ok thanks a lot for your insights. also i didnt mean bot traffic i just seem to never get clicks from quality countries. like you said i was getting lots of cheap indian clicks and non converting countries which made me think facebook was doing something shady. regardless i have had better success with bing so once i scale up bing i will give facebook another quality attempt.

:D

Dude - if you still have a Facebook working I would learn that platform inside and out. It's a goldmine. I would create my ads on the right side (not sponsored stories) and get pretty cheap clicks. I had a campaign going so well on Facebook I would have been making $10K per month by now.

I haven't been able to get to that kind of volume or quality in POF or Bing. Might be my lack of understanding of the platform.

But once you feel you've got Bing on lockdown, dive back into Facebook.

Just don't lose your account like I did ;-) (I linked to sites that had exit pops 3 times and my account was shut down).

hey man so weird im in VA as well lol. now back on topic - i will give facebook another try because it is so cheap and i never did sponsored stories those were too expensive in my mind. i do bing for .30 cpc and i convert 5% from linking with the thank you page. i think its because i used like 3 pages on my landing pages. i will shorten my landing page and see if i get more optins as that maxed out around 18% and has went down to 16%. i think more optins will be better because i will have more people to promote to on my list rather than most leaving and my ppc money going down the drain. ive spent $200 in ppc to make $110 from initial sales and will soon start sending ads to my list

Something smells rotten in Denmark.

I have a feeling the OP (and his other accounts) has a little knowledge of how a proxy works.

I am either getting all negative in my old age, or I am starting to see a pattern here with noobs posting "I did xyz (screenshot) and made $" in the hope people will promote their cr4ppy product after IMing them (him).

Either way, until I am proved wrong, I will continue to call out people like this as BSers - or I will wait for the BHW resident detective W130SN to chime in with the proof.

this guy seems to be providing good insight without telling everyone to pm him for questions. why everyone so paranoid lol

Congrats Sanjay on your success.

I have few questions and I hope you won't mind answering them. :)

1. To earn $300 a week, how much you spend on Bing ads and any other paid sources (will be glad, if you can name them) in a week.
2. What is the percentage of optin from Bing and conversion ratio from "thank-you"?
3. Is your ROI profitable or you are spending $400 for making $300
4. What types of niches are good to promote through list building, besides IM/MMO

Appreciate your time.

Thanks,
Anees

hey sanjay one more question. how much were you paying approximately for facebook ads. they seem to be more expensive than bing ads for me lol.

This is pretty good stuff and gave me an idea or two for my Aweber account. I had a hard time trying to find content that I could spread over time and felt I had to send personal emails when I could have just sent information. Thanks for the idea.

I had it down to about $.08-.11 cents per click targeting USA, Australia, Canada and the UK. I used some of the scraping tools to extract audiences but that didn't work well for me. Instead I broke up my campaigns by timezone and geography, age, sex and if they liked junk food.

On Bing, I'm ok as long my CPC is less than $.20.

Anees - I'm also promoting non CB offers so it's hard to say but I'd estimate the following:

- thank you page conversion is about 2-3%
- yes, my initial ROI is profitable
- % optin on my landing page is over Bing is 22% - I'm using LeadPages. On POF it's less (probably 15%)
- I'm in the "health" niche and I'll leave it at that

I would say it's smarter to keep your list generic to a broader niche and promote several offers to them.
Google the site Alternative Daily and get on their mailing list. Or get onto Mike Geary's health list to see how he markets to it.
