Adwords Error

Hey,

So i created a display campaign targeting age + gender + keywords but this is what it is saying next to keywords:

"Your keyword, combined with other targeting in your ad group, matches very few pages on the Display Network."

I don't think my ads are showing....does anybody know what's up?

try a different keyword that most people search for.
Try a general keyword.
age and gender not make any effect in this warning.

It seems as if your combination of targeting is very specific which isn't necessarily the best strategy for display. If your targeting is too narrow you run the risk of your ads not showing due to "low search volume" based on your settings. Are one of your targeting options more necessary than others? If so, I would recommend loosening the least important targets one and a time and see how your potential search volume improves.

Try with new sets of keywords.... think as a consumer and then place your keywords... don't be too specific also.

Do a group test, like a trial and error method. Try with different, but small group of keywords first!

tweak your variables! Although this happens rarely, shouldnt be a problem !

First of, keywords in Display works as a Theme, not in the way they work in a search campaign.

If you add everything in one adgroup, eg. Keyword xyz, age, gender, interest, topic then you have essentially created an adgroup that will try and target all of thoose targets combined, this can/will trigger "low search" problems, especially if you are targeting something that is not in the English language.

start broad and narrow down. Some of these low volume keywords are tough sometimes
