Share button inside YT videos

Hi guys,

Can I add a clickable "SHARE" button or something like that inside my YT videos? I am talking about the video itself not my channel... I have included the subscriber button inside the videos but have no idea if I can do something similar to let people share my video just like what they are doing now to subscribe my channel from inside the video?

I saw somebody did it for his YT video, Then I tried to search and google a lot to find how to do that, but NO result indeed!

With phone verified youtube accounts you can link to external domains.
Most social platforms let you share via an url like this. Simply add a notification or w/e those boxes are called at youtube and link to your site/fan page.
If you're talking about actual buttons, that shows the count etc, I have no idea.

No I am not talking about actual buttons, Say just a call to action inside the video with the phrase "share", When you click it, you will be directed to the share section of your YT video...
