I purchased one Immortal Rambo package exactly two weeks ago targeting two internal pages, two keywords each. I received an email on the 25th (11 days after ordering) informing me that my order was complete and attaching a report.
So far, I have seen very positive results and it has only been two days since I received the report. So, I expect to see continued upward movement. Here are my results so far:
KW1-->Moved to 8 from 16
KW2-->Moved to 9 from 11
KW3-->Moved to 18 from 23
KW4-->Moved to 41 from 72
I plan on placing a second order once my rankings have settled down. So, all in all, highly recommended.

I ordered the Rambo package on November 17th for a brand new one page website ...
Received the report on November 25th, but just today I had the time to look at the results.
Better than say I'd like to show you the results:
My site went from Nowhere to #32 within 10 days ... and I think it will rank even more in the next weeks!

KW1 - Moved to 39 from N/A (12.100 monthly searches)
KW2 - Moved to 44 from N/A (8.100 monthly searches)
KW3 - Moved to 25 from N/A (1.000 monthly searches)
I'm very happy with the results. I'm pretty sure I'll reach page 1 very soon!!!
