I found the emails. Somehow gmail was marking them as deleted automatically. I was freaking out, couldn't find them in the inbox or spam mail, ended up being in the trashed folder.. Not sure how that happened. I apologize for the last post. I'll close the PP dispute momentarily. Please do not submit anything until I can read them.

you clearly need to check your email provider as u can see there is a lot of complains about support
so i think it's because a lot of messages doesn't reach your inbox.
