Business Manager Limits

Used to be able to create 30+ accounts within business manager, then it was just 5, now it seems you can only create 1 ad account within business manager. Anyone know a way around this or how these limits work?

I think Facebook are struggling to come to terms with the fact a wee guy from New York defrauded them for 3 or 400k by setting up fake accounts in other people's names and then not paying for his spend leaving others to foot the bill.

They now seem to be overzealous on the ad security front. I suspect some sort of verification process might be needed now to increase your management holding. I would get in touch with them and see what the score is. There may be a way around it.
