Will update this thread if I manage to find out who it was.

Just a quick trick when following people.
The current limit by Instagram is 50 people per hour, simple way to bypass this is to follow 49 people, wait 5 minutes and repeat.

Not sure how, the limit is set by Instagram.
You can still click the follow button but it instantly unfollows.

49 follows / hour = 1 follow to 73.4s
Set your delay somewhere between 77-80

My account is 73 weeks old, so if you have an aged account you should be good to go. I've been doing this for a good half year or so and so far haven't had any consequences. I tried it with a month old account a few months ago though and I got banned. So if you have a nice aged account it's fairly safe, or has been with my experiences.
