everyday i have contact with about 50 unemployed people which are looking for a job. I am curious - have You any idea how can i monetize this? I thought about CV writing service but i think it is not too good. So what is Your idea? Let's talk.

People can get help for free with creating CV's. Jon centers here in the UK will help people do that. So you want to make money by helping them get a job? Start an employment agency.

You want to charge money from unemployed people to write resumes for them? How many of them can afford this luxury ? As a couple of guys said earlier, start an employment agency. Don't benefit from people's misfortune man! Karma is a bitch !

If these are local people, start a meetup group, organize free skill up trainings to them, polish their resumes and introduce them to potential employers - better to stick to people in one or two niches. Take commission from the employers once the candidates are placed.

Find out what day they(you) get their(your) benefit cheque and sell(buy) them(yourself) cheap cider and weed.

Most of the jobs boards will pay you to find an acceptable employee. Carrear Builder does for sure. You build your site, or landing page, or whatever, and direct the unemployed to leave their resume. If they get hired, CB will pay you a finders fee.

You an also head hunt for them.

Search for "job seekers affiliate"and you should find more.

For all you negative Nancies out there, as long as you provide a an affordable service that has value, you re not taking advantage of anyone, even the unemployed.

How are you "taking advantage" of an unemployed person when you write their resume? Seems to me that if they pay a few bucks for a resume that gets a good job, they got a hell of a deal.

In fact, I would say if your resume even gets an interview, you did them a huge service.

At lest you are not advertising a job on Craigslist and then sending recipients who respond to an affiliate link like everyone else does.
