I recovered from penguin 3.0

*update - site is still on page one .. the penguin has been neutralized.

If you planned on using a 301 redirect, and based on the lack of info in the first post disavowing all of the links, and plan on recovering long term from Penguin you are just kidding yourself.

A 301 redirect is not recovering from Penguin, you are temporarily recovering until the next update. I see people selling this scam all over the place and was nearly sold the same scam by someone on here till I thought through it.

Enjoy your recovery until the next refresh at which time you'll quickly learn what a gigantic waste of time that was.

301 redirect then cleanup the main domains bad back links and disavow, spend some time with it, when the 301 redirect gets hit again (which it will, i had one case where the clients 301 redirect didn't get hit ) then switch back to the main domain which got hit, now if the main domain comes back your cured !

googles update a few days ago didn't affect me.
