Does this count as an instagram warning?

When you are mass following people, and instagram tells you to "slow down" because you are going too fast, and then you have to wait about 24 hours or so before you can follow again. Is that a warning? And does this lead to getting banned in the future?

Just slow down your following. The max is 400-600 follows per day depending if your account is brand new or now then lower it

Sure, it can be easily banned, if you stay following so fast.
But can I ask how it "told you to slow down" - make a warning with a message or it was PV window?

I wish Instagram was more clear about their warnings. Got 7 accounts banned yesterday. Why? I dont really have a clue.

For as your question. I am following alot of people these days and it went like:
1. Following.. No problems..
2. Following about 150 people started Captcha
3. Kept on following people and asked about phone verification at around 200,250.
4. Once phone verified no problems other than the hourly limits. Which i do follow by delaying the follows.

Though im afraid every sec since i saw the banhammer 7 times within 5 minutes xD

Anyhow, my experience: Phone verified equals low danger just don't overdo. Not phone verified equals Watch out or bye bye.

Indeed i was not.

Not sure if that is the problem though. Why give people a 10 account creation limit while you would ban all account using the same IP.
Kind of harsh if you ask me.

I think it had to do with my Phone verification using the same phone number 7 times ;-)!

Thats what im trying to say with "i wish instagram was more clear".
Now im gambling on Phone verification but it also could be possible because i ran all 10 accounts following people within 2 minutes after each other..
