My Hosting Terminated And Refusing To Give Backup

My hosting is terminated due to non payment but when I purchased these was the option for payment with Paypal. But now they removed PayPal option so I can't pay for hosting. I have posted in thread regarding this but they didn't replied and I also tried to contact on Skype but no reply. Finally I have submitted a support ticket that give me my site backup I will host is somewhere else. But they are also refusing to give me back up of my site. They said it have been deleted due to non-payment. What the hell they removed paypal and I am unable to pay so they should provide me my site backups.

first thing we can add / remove any payment option according to the Payment processors working in our country, secondly no hosting provider will like to keep active any hosting account which is not Paid on time. you don't pay us we will terminate the account.
in your case you have to pay on 12th of this month but its 21st now. and according to our policy we suspend every hosting account if not paid on in 3 days and after 7 days we terminate it.
And I can not overload my server with backup of those people who do not pay.

once 7 days are gone hosting terminated and no backup, you own your site so you should keep backup copy all the time.

That was 5 days past the due date according to your timeline above. So, rather than work with your client who is asking for your assistance, you proceed to terminate his account 2 days later and remove all backups of his website? In your mind you believe this to be acceptable customer service? really?

I would highly suggest you go thoroughly through your server(s) and find a backup that you can give to rock30.

already talked to OldSalt on skype and I hope i explain him everything and he can take whatever action required
i.e closing my BST as I am no longer getting any sale from it and no more monitoring it

But this is not good I have contacted him so many times on skype and also in BHW for assistance. Then can anyone tell me why the hell he didn't replied me on skype and also he ruined my 10$ per day income. How he can do this, he can't manage his server so he is closing his thread tell me what is my fault in all this.

Why would a hosting company delete an account in only 7 days thats just crazy. it's not like it's a big deal to store the accounts. Storage is so cheap it makes no sense god forbid someone gets sick and can't make payment they return to all their data gone lol what a joke anyone hosting with them needs to move ASAP this isn't how things should be done.


I did 8 months in county jail and couldn't pay and had no issue getting my account turned back on when I got out with a real host.
