So i just bought the script when i view my sites sources its not much of a ninja....

I suggest you cover up all traces, the first thing would be looking at the site source and your plugin fails to disguise itself. Please fix this asap.

The sales page didn't say anything about the plugin disguising itself on a site and source code. It's never been an issue for any of the users of the plugin and it's used by some very heavy hitters in FB marketing.

That sounds like it's conflicting with the plugin you're using. Due to the sheer number of plugins for FB likes and shares etc it's next to impossible to code our BH plugin so it doesn't conflict with every other single plugin available.

I sent you an email because the plugin doesn't work with my theme or one of my plugin. Well, ok, so I tried with a clean installation of wordpress and doesn't work aswell.
So, please do you have at least a theme to suggest to make it working ?
Moreover, I updated the plugin as you sugested in a previous message but now, I got sometime a error (in a clean installation aswell) : strpos(): Empty needle
It shows the folder of the plugin etc... I hope nobody saw it...

None of the discount codes are valid any more now. If you're having an issue with the plugin then you need to PM me. This is a sales thread and support is given via PM or email.

Not without revealing what we sold, the FB page, the niche, pricing and everything else that goes with it. The product was online software. If I roll out all of the details of this then it will be jumped on and copied by everyone wanting to make a quick buck.

I wasn't able to replicate the issue you experienced on any of my own sites so being able to access yours really helped.

It depends on your hosting provider. We haven't had any issues about that before but I can't vouch for every hosting provider. I don't see why they would. They probably won't even be aware that you're using it and it's not a resource intensive script for it to raise any flags with their system.

The plugin works fine. When someone raises an issue on the sales thread about an issue with the plugin it is resolved via email, PM or Skype which means details of the issue being resolved don't get posted back on the thread. This leaves it looking very one sided.

The issue that you referred to about the fresh install was simply a setting in the plugin that was resolved within 10 seconds. We don't deal with each support case on this thread as it just clogs things up and gives people more to have to scroll through.

We have dealt with issues that have sprung up and some were small bugs in earlier versions of the plugin. We have since updated the plugin with new features and have dealt with earlier bugs.

The most common issues include:

• The web hosting running old versions of PHP
• The user running old versions of WP
• The user having outdated plugins and themes
• The user having nulled plugins and themes
• Some themes that control the placement of images on the site can prevent the Like Jacker from being able to Like Jack people on images but the other Like Jacking options still work fine.
• Some users were trying to get Likes for a FB page or website that FB had blocked previously due to spam.
• Some users where trying to get Likes for FB pages that they hadn't published live on FB

Yes, there was a multitude of problems but they were resolved and the plugin wasn't actually at fault. The issues we were unable to resolve are hosting issues as we can't control those and in those few cases the customers were refunded. But there are few and far between.

There are hundreds of people who have bought the plugin and are happily using it but we can't expect everyone of them to come back and post how great it is. Many of them don't want to make it known on here that they're Like Jacking. They just get on with using these types of tools.

As shown in the demo video and explained in the thread previously, yes, the user needs to click on your site to get Like Jacked. This isn't an autojacker. The most common way of making sure they click on your site is to use the 'pop-up' box option which is a plain, grey, innocent looking pop-up that contains content that you can enter in the Jacker settings. The pop-up appears within 2 seconds of your visitor arriving at your site and the only option they have is to close the pop-up. As soon as they click to close it they are Like Jacked.

We have found that putting a simple message of 'welcome to the site' works fine or you could place your sites cookie usage policy in there.
