Threads like this is exactly what is wrong with BHW. It's completely in the wrong section, why would you even think that it belongs in this section? there is no effort at all in the OP and most of the replies don't even make sense and I'm seeing threads like this more and more.

If you use an open proxy to create an Instagram account then it may create problem like this!
T&C of instagram is too tough to abide by

i think using bluestacks maked this problem . try in real device or other app.
