I think fake adresses should work as well, but no for that. There is no verification needed for payout as they accept PayPal.

I applied to the ebay partner network earlier today and literally received my invite only an hour or two ago! So I'm hoping that anyone who sees this and is worried about getting into EPN can rest a little easier, here's how I applied:

I had a random hobby niche wordpress website (hosted on my own relevant domain) filled with about 5 articles written by other people (I just copy and pasted them from ezine articles) and added some google images, along with an info graph I pulled from google images. So 5 articles all around 500-800 words and 1 info graph post. It didn't take me more than 15 minutes to set up.

For business information in the application I used my own full name in as the business name and tried to come across as a hobbyist with a website that I was responsibly trying to monetize in the business description, aka whitehat all the way.

After I submitted I didn't get any calls from them for those of you that were worried about that.

If any one has any questions about what else I might have done or how I'd be happy to answer! Frankly after reading this thread I was getting a little worried I might not be accepted so I'd love to help anyone who might have felt the same.

Oh I'll also be posting back with how this method works out for me while I give it a shot over the next month or so in case anyone else wants to see if this method is still relevant.

You hide this as much as possible and what the classified ad sites don't know won't hurt them and helps us.

I applied to ePN today morning and received a confirmation of approval within like 10-15 minutes. Nothing magical. Just think from the position of ePN: who would you as ePN want to see as your affiliate - a guy with a personal website (as an example) or a guy who is about to spam classifieds with his ref link.

Also, check the ToS of ePN. To drive email traffic you are supposed to get written permission from ePN for that. I'm just saying that it's not 100% safe, although I have no idea what are the chances to get caught.

They also have some rules about redirecting and cloaking. So read the ToS and take care guys!

I'm gonna try this method and see how it goes.

Yes I know that gmail lets you set it up like an auto-responder so you don't have to monitor it as much. This saves time but you will need to respond to some people that are asking for more information or an answer to a specific question.

Hi, I know this thread is old. I have seen this method mentioned to promote other affiliate stuff. Could you not just activate a 'out of office' setting on your email account which auto responds with a message including the link?

Some of the people here have been accepted by just simply giving them a website that they don't even own.

After all these years, I have been accepted or found a way to get into any affiliate program I ever wanted, EXCEPT FUCKING EBAY PARTNER NETWORK. It's probably for the best, because I'd probably just figure out a way to stuff and end up raided lol.

If you read some of the posts here of members that got accepted you'll see that its not all that hard. Some are even getting accepted by providing a website that they don't even own.

The obvious first problem for most people be how to get accepted into eBay partner program. Seems like they don't just accept everyone.

That's a shame, I'm sure that could have been a factor but I'm not sure if they actually cross reference with paypal.

You know, I just had a thought on that that just might help others in a way on that topic. I first applied to EPN before I'd had any ebay or paypal accounts closed I believe, but come to think of it I'm sure they probably cross reference that sort of thing. I'm lifebanned from paypal even though I gave them all they wanted when they started investigating my acct. and business. I should probably try in someone elses' name...
