My question is how many people usually order when they reach the order form? I have 582 hops today with 2 Order Form Impression Counts but no orders. Is it normal for people to reach that page and just leave?

Nah it's mostly targeted. I'm on Twitter so yes the traffic is not high quality (in some opinion) but I think I can make sales if I work hard enough. Just testing out the waters.

PPV as in pay per view? Can you explain that a little more. Does Facebook allow ClickBank products or should I put it through a squeeze page?

Facebook doesn't allow Clickbank products. There are ways such as Cloaking to spoof FB and display such ads. And indeed Facebook advertising traffic (Not regular FB page traffic) is highly targeted.
