Got a long chat before ordering the comments. I am little worried on the quality. Since I am going to link my money site. So told him about OBL and non paged comments. I am even ok with one or two small PRs than promised but instruct not to be on high OBL and spamy targets.

He has done a great job and the delivery is better than the promised one. Now I am going to try another set of pages and keywords. Will post the rankings improvement if any.

Result
Overall Awesome Job and now having confidence to work with him on future works.
