eBay Question

Has anyone got a idea about this?
Basically I have had a eBay account linked to my old PayPal account which was banned from use, and I've removed the PayPal off my eBay if I link my new one will it cause any problems to my new PayPal account?

If you have a new paypal address then you have no issue, it depends to be honest, if you make a sale then try to withdraw funds using the same bank account as your old paypal then you may have problems. You didnt really explain much so its difficult to say

dont do it please. everything you do on paypal and ebay is logged in their system. just because you removed your account details does not mean paypal deletes it from their system. they got all your history backed up somewhere.

i'd suggest New ebay attached to the new paypal account

I wish it were that easy, just unlinking and linking new Paypals to an old ebay account, but it's not. It would work for a while, but you're going to have issues down the line, probably when your account is doing well when you least expect it. As Kawgy said, they keep this information - Ebay owns Paypal (or at least used to) so it's really not a good idea to try and trick them like this. You're going to link the two Paypals this way.

If you really want to salvage this ebay account, then fix the issues you have with your Paypal limitation. If you can't, then you should move on to building other accounts and diversify your sales across multiple ones to avoid relying on just one account.

Yeah, start over with a new Ebay and Paypal account. Since Ebay and Paypal are linked, while you might slide through it's too much of a hassle to take the chance.
