Mass Emailing

Do you guys know of any software that can send mass mails in batches on up to 100,000 emails on a list.For example it would be choosing in 10s on the list.so it would send to the first ten email address on the list the next ten email address and so on

Not many people are doing mass mailing here so you need to wait for a while, bumping 16511 times won't give you an answer.

And to ans your question i am not sure why do you want to send it it batches or how do you want to sent it in batches??

Massmailing depends on lot of factors
batch sending is not really important for ddelivery if u make your setup good

When ppl above suggested to use search function they did it with reason so u can learn how mass mailing is working so u could ask right questions later and get better answers
