Does adsense like this kind of sites?

I was wondering if a video sharing website with a youtube locker (Share on facebook to unlock video) was against adsense rules. Let's say around 90% social traffic and 10% organic.

you should already know the answer to this as you agreed that you read and understand their policies when you signed up for adsense. The answer is no. This is not allowed

I don't mean ads on the video, I mean on the same page with an iframe of youtube

I think that will fall into the Traffic Exchange category and that is against their TOS.
