I was looking for someone to help me send out emails in bulk I extracted more then 1 Million emails I don't want to import them in my Mailchimp because I can't afford to get my account banned.

I think it's not the easy to send number of bulk emails. This can get your IP or account blocked for sending number of emails.

You can get a dedicated server offshore because most of the providers in offshore location ignore bulk emailing.
