Created my affiliate website, now what

Hello All,

I created my first affiliate website selling amazon products, but now what do I do. I've looked on fiverr for seo and traffic options but is it worth it? My target audience is a little strange so not sure where to start.

Dont go to Fiverr for SEO. Search in Market Place you will find tons for Forum Approved SEO service. Find out the best one for you.

You really need to know what you're doing before buying SEO on fiverr. Some of it is good to boost some backlinks of backlinks, but it's generally not worth it.

I wouldn't go and buy a ton of crazy backlinks or untargeted traffic on fiverr. Been there, done that, didn't work so well. Manual backlinks in the perfect places are the way to go if you have an unusual target.

Well it wouldn't hurt would it?. Here's what I would do if I was going after an unusual audience:

• Go to related blogs, forums and things like yahoo answers to find people talking about the problem that your site/article solves. Then in the most helpful and personal way, tell them how you can help and plug in your link either in the comment or your sig.
• Search twitter and g+ for people saying keywords or phrases that are related. For instance, if you search 'I feel fat', you will find all the tweets or shares with those words. Then, solve a bit of their problem and add a link to where they can find more.
• Make google alerts for all the keywords and phrases so you can keep up to date with the world.

That's at least where I start when I'm going after a weird target. Use your imagination though. Put yourself in their shoes and be personal.
