I could see it working for test answers and cam shows and meeting weird people online to get a green card. And I could see it just used for weird things.

Record female cam shows and then stream it on Snapchat... act like you are the actual girl and ask for donations to see the odds and ends before they actually play in the recorded stream. Possibly if you have no donations and the certain part streams people will think someone donated and then donate themselves to see more.
