Zero traffic on my blogger which was started 3 months back it have 17 posts

some one advice how to increase the traffic???

7. Repeat all steps and profit

Create more unique posts. You can't expect everyone to flood to your website with only 17 posts (unless your content has the potential to go viral, but do not rely on that chance). Also, aim for low competition words in the beginning until your website becomes more competitive, then you can aim for medium competition keywords.

Like these guys have already said, social media and backlinks. Also utilize things like stumbleupon, digg, delicious, guest posts and aggregators of the proper sorts. If your content is entertaining or helpful enough, you won't have any trouble drumming up some traffic.

You can use a custom domain with Blogspot, unless you're telling the OP to switch to a real web host entirely.
