If you deliver after the TaT of 10 days, do you offer a Pro Rata refund?
Obviously if you start work but don't deliver within the TaT, it would be a problem.

I can tell you the estimated turnaround time when you order. It should be normally done before the due date but it can be late sometimes. maybe i can provide some extra links if gets delayed, but its normally not delayed.
