You are missing one of the most important ingredients in ranking a site, OP, patience.
The majority of your posts indicate that you are expecting the ranking process to be immediate and for you to be in the top 3 for everything you target.
Hit your local Wal-Mart and in aisle 4 grab some patience and let it have it's way with you.

I wonder why you can't be honest for once. Expecting at least 1 keyword to be in the top 100 doesn't equate to expecting miracles. If a service that costs as much as $500 cannot push a site to the top 100 for even one keyword, it's definitely not worth the money.

If a guy could rank your site for $500, he wouldn't rank your site for $500.
What I mean is that if it would be that easy, he would be too busy ranking sites for himself to bother with other people's site for 500 bucks.
