i created a paypal account via german ip address and verified it by adding a cc 4 months ago also chosen malaysia as my country in the registering time
may paypal limit my account if i login with malaysia ip now ?

They probably won't limit you, but you will most likely encounter the following:
-security check(you must verify that you are who you say you are).
-can't send payments.

I can confirm. If you login to a paypal from a different IP then what you logged into last time.. It will say "cannot send payment at this time"

the paypal bots would restrict your account in some way or form due to suspicious activity. however if you call in advance and let them know you travel they might be okay with it. even though they say you can call in, i wouldn't do it myself.

your account will be restricted for sure, I once accidentally logged in from a U.S IP and bam got my PayPal limited, next I had to call them and explain for 15 mins.

if my account get limited then i remove this limit by providing documents then after 1000-1650$ transaction ,my account will be limited again ?
i don't have access to my previous vps so if i login with another german vps instead of malaysia ip , may paypal limit me (cookies and ip change)

It's risky, they might limit it. What don't you MOVE your browser folder to your new VPS? So you'll use your current browsing history, browser cookies and flash cookies with the new VPS IP. And PP will see only IP change and useragent change, that's it. The cookies will be the same, flash cookies as well.

Don't know why you have no longer access to your old VPS, no money to pay for it or no accessible / available.

i logged in pp with malaysia ip yesterday and today but didn't try to send payment and Nothing happened
if i try to send payment my account will be limited?
if login and write them i traveled to malaysia then may be they limit my account manually ?
what can i do to keep safe my account ?
