All features required:
1)Mobile Responsive
2)If correct Answer -> Next Question. If not correct then explaination.
3)Questions might have 2 correct answers. In this case wait until user selects 2 options.
4)Test Overview
5)Allow shortcodes in question/options
6)Questions Hints
7)Upon Completion of the test ? Score. Example. You answered 18 out of 24 questions Correctly. You got 75%
8)Different Question types - Fill in the Blank, 2 Correct Options, 1 Correct Option. I can pick any number of options from 1 to 4 and more.

We already have a customs quiz CMS developed. It will need a little more work to meet all of your requirements, but we're definitely not starting from scratch here.
