am looking for a cheap and fast dedicated server or a vps to run my seo tool, it should be fast and cheap really, any one that knows any of the above should pls let me know cos am paying way too much with my present subscriber

but i contacted them they said such tools like gsa scrapebox are not allowed they trmed them as "hacking tools"

Try servercomplete - com, they are good, very fast systems and good price.
Officially they wont allow those tools either, not many providers will, but as long as you are always using a proxy, then its not a problem in my experience.
