In one week? No. In several weeks? Likely. Keep building links and adding come content to your site. No one knows (except a few people at Google) whether your site will rank in a week or not.

"One week" i think it's enough to get rank any website from second page to the first page of any search engine.In this way Some point's which should be kept in mind while creating backlink's, which results in your rank improvement in the desired time period.

1. proper planning and complete website analysis
2. Use high quality and unique content's
3. high quality link building
4. proper indexing.
