I sent it this morning, let me know if you still haven't received it and I'll re-send.
Waited almost 7 hours for the proxies and stopped my campaign in progress. Once they were sent, only 1/10 were working. Waiting again....
UPDATE: The 1/10 proxies that did test in GSA and other software was only showing speed .043.
After frustration of waiting I requested refund and just received. Hunting the forums now for a more responsive cheap service...
