http://www.incomediary.com I want to create a home page like this.
I saw many videos but they all do require coding skills which I don't have.
I tried changing the latest posts--->static post by creating a page named home.
But I don't know how to add the widgets and all to the page?
Can someone help me?

So you are trying to set up WordPress?

Put http://www.incomediary.com/ into http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ and it will tell you what themes and plugins to use.

This is not done by plugins. You need some coding skills, sorry.

That theme has been customized quite a bit. Even if you found out which theme he is using and install that on your WP i doubt you'd get the same result.

Its done using Genesis frame work. But that site is for only reference. I want to know how to create a custom homepage layout.
How to add widgets to a page?

Theme Name: Genesis
Theme Home Page: my.studiopress.com/themes/genesis
Author: StudioPress (studiopress.com)
Version: 2.0.1

Some themes allow editing of the home page template in WP.

Go to Appearance>Editor and find something along the lines of 'Main Index Template' or 'Front Page Template' and you can typically edit the body content therein. That's actually how I got my email signup form to fit just where I wanted it to on the home page, along with some graphics and text above the fold to increase conversions.

Good luck, though, it takes some coding knowledge, CSS skills, and all things included to really pump out a professional page like that. It's not hard--it can be done, obviously--but there are a lot of hurdles along the way to overcome.

The worst part is designing your page to balance responsiveness and loading times... Geez, that stuff KILLS me!

Best of luck!
