instagram mega bot advanced or followliker has this function
but you can do this via webstagram too: login using your instagram account, navigate to your followings page, it shows 50 followings at the same time, copy the whole page, copy-paste it into notepad, rinse and repeat until you hit the last page and clean the list
if you don't have too many followings, it won't last too long
if you do have a lot of followings, but don't want to purchase a bot just for this, you can easily record a macro with iMacros on webstagram or statigram/iconosquare

start Follow Liker -> load your instagram account into the tool, if it's already there, right click on it -> select "Custom Settings..." -> select "Wizard..." -> hit "Next >" -> select "Followings" -> right click in any line -> hit "Export..." (your followings will be saved as a .csv on your HDD in a specified space by you)
