What skills do you have? If you have some, build a site yourself and save the money until you need it (content, promotion etc).
If you dont, then buy a website from one of the services on BHW - niche site or similar.
You can get the entire thing build for you then, then you just need to do some work promoting it.

The things you are asking is what I-M is all about.. Theres many ways to make money.. do you want blackhat way or white hat? Almost everyone has 300$ to invest you could have 5000$.. but if the method is not right you'll lose. You need to tell us what your interested in.. facebook, ppi, ppd, cpa, adsense etc.. no one way to make money... there are dudes banking 1000s with cpa, dudes banking 1000s in adsense etc.. everything can make money.. you need method and you need to put a twist on it.. if you doing same thing everyone else in that niche is doing, how can you make money.. so tell us what you''re interested in first
buy a good authority website, rank, and resell for profit. Or buy used items on CL and resell for profit.
