I don't think this would be considered spamming because this forum isn't much of a hotbed for real estate activity...I am trying to get an opinion of which sales page looks better...Basically it's a matter of color and header graphics.....

The new one I am trying is here

My old page which converted near 6% is here

If you think they both suck then It won't hurt my feeling to here suggestions...

I'm no copy or graphics pro so I'm always up for learning something new...Just don't tell me to get rid of my Unicorn and all is cool!

Thanks

I think there is some kinda of software were you can rotate through them both and see which one converts better. I can't remember what its called, try in google it.

But in my opinion I like your old one.

Just a personal opinion, wouldn't it be better to not mention right at the top that what your selling is $97 - that may be a reason for people to leave immediately. Instead let them read on until they like what they see, and their willing to buy anything.

Edit: Also, I like your old one alot more.

You know....That's a great point on the $97 part....

I'm giving the price BEFORE building the value...That's a Massive sales no no....I will straighten that out tonight.

I was monkeying around with my logo creator to make the new one after seeing this dudes site http://www.extremewebgraphix.com/

he's the guy that does all of the graphics for the nicheblueprint guys....Who do an a$$ load of business.

By the way if you want an awesome site for generating stripes for your website stripegenerator.com is pretty much the $hit

I like the new one... much more punch... and good catch Timo on the price. However the page isn't about gaming or excitement, much more tradition and permanence, so the old one has merit from that perspective.

I like the light blue back ground colour of the old page.

I think the new page is to dark?

I like the old one. Its cleaner and feels more legit. When it comes to real estate stuff, you dont need the bells and whistles. the straightforward "this is how you do it" approach works best. your targetted group doesnt need to be wowed to buy this. they just want to know that you know more than them and can shoe them how to make that money with real estate.

also, i agree with the price being offered too soon (but ur fixing that)

i like the old books too.

old one is far better, but i'm not a huge fan of either. look at which sales-letter style designs converts well with your target audience (clickbank is basically a huge gallery ripe for the picking) and rip off one of those designs.

Coming from a fellow deal maker, I like the old one...maybe, minus the wizard.

Also, that old dude at the top looks a lil' generic.
Anyway to put your face/profile there instead?

Maybe show some cash stacks generated from your actual deals.
Don't think of it as flaunting it or rubbing it in, rather, show what's actually possible by
using your system.
That always sold me.
And trust me, I got heavily into debt just from purchasing real estate books
and courses before I got started.

Good luck!

You need to do split testing with the Google software. Our opinions may sound good, but you will never know what converts better unless you split test. The math usually never lies.

And when you split test, you need to test all variables. Color, font, headers, videos, etc. You have to keep doing this until you get the perfect lander. And once you get the perfect lander split test somemore.

I like the old one better, but both are Waaaaaaaaaay to long for me. Most people have very short attention spans and you lost me about 1/4 of the way through.

I'd like to see if there is any research on conversion rates of shorter vs longer sales pages.

Anyone know of any?

LMAO. I know for a fact that he didnt design all of those site, because i helped design one of them.

imho i think they are too long for sales pages, if i was to visit it, i would of clicked off it 20 seconds into it. Sorry just my view.

The new one looks false with a sketch of the car & other stuff that means nothing. Also the old one stated the price right at the top? That said if it ain't broke don't fix it and 6% is pretty good I would just work on the old design.
