What is your guys opinion on the fixed price vs no Cure no pay for clients?

I think no cure no pay with start up price for investment in the beginning in the way to go but not sure how you guys view it.

If you work for free and get results, you're not likely to get paid after you achieve the rankings.

Seen an SEO Agency done a contract where they only get paid when they rank the person top 10, otherwise they won't get anything. standard contract was 2 years. Having them locked in and not having to pay anything for not ranking gives decent amount of trust i think. and the Agency has guarantee to get paid if they invest money in it.
