Definitely, you can buy as many IPs & RAM as you want. After making purchase of your default plan, you can open up a ticket for the custom plan you're looking for and the techs will modify and upgrade your server.

It doesn't matter where you're located, when you're using servers, all the connections and operation triggers from that location, so whenever you're downloading anything from your VPS, everything gets downloaded inside your VPS. All our VPS are hosted on 1000 Mbps Network Port
