I give these guys an A for constant updates. Problem is this software always seems to have issues.
Reporting is buggy and incorrect many times as well as other things.. bottom line Icant depend on this
especially for sending reports to clients. I dont hav time to waste it either words or it doesn't for me it doesnt.

For Reporting you should have proper SMTP settings. We do use it ourselfs and it sends everything in auto pilot.
Please use hosted emails i.e. @domain.com for SMTP. It does work. You should ping us before coming to any conclusion.
