You only focus on getting new customers by giving them free review but doesn't care about your current customer even they already paid you. The turn around time and the customer service is TERRIBLE, too slow and never reply my message, totally forget them. Just ordered a test article and got it today. Here goes my review:

I ordered the basic package. Article is well written & shows that the writer have actually done his research. From the first look, you can tell it is written by a native speaker. No grammar mistakes at all... I will be ordering tons of articles from now on!

Recommended to all if you are looking for some real content.
