I don't use Captcha Breaker or Captcharonix, but they should have a way of intercepting CAPTCHA requests that are sent to common services such as DeathByCaptcha and De-Captcher. Maybe check their forums.

Go to Settings, expand General, click on Output. Then, enter this line at the top and it'll save in GSA format

Phone verified does not mean just putting your number in. PV means you put your number in, they will send you an sms with a code, you will need to enter the code on their website to confirm
