- Buy paid advertising on FB for a few days
- Buy around 20 likes, comments and shares on around 10 posts.

There you go. You now rank #1 for some semi-competitive (around 50%) keywords.

Seen it happen over and over and over again.
Some people will even blast the page with links and it still works. (more risky tho, they dont stay long)

Why do you buy advertising?
For some "real" engagement and so you dont get deleted if you get reported. - Yes that is how it works with FB... you spend money, you dont get deleted. ($var insert some comment about jewish owner here)


Also I highly doubt it will keep working for ever.
And its pretty annoying that it works.

But oh well

I saw pages with Round 1 k likes ranking with pure spam links
